Gina Eosco, Social Scientist and NOAA FACETs Program Manager

Dr. Gina Eosco is the Social Science and FACETs (Forecasting A Continuum of Environmental Threats) Program Manager for NOAA's Weather Program Office.  In her new role as FACETs Program Manager, she is collaborating with the NWS and OAR Labs to innovate the next generation watch and warning framework.  Dr. Eosco earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in weather risk communication from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland.

Lori Bailey, Storm Chaser and Photographer

Lori Bailey is a southern Arizona photographer and Skywarn spotter whose images and videos have been featured on Arizona Highways.com, The Weather Channel, and all local media outlets.   In 2019, Lori co-hosted MonsoonCon, a one-day conference held annually in Tucson, Arizona.  During July through September Lori offers storm chasing workshops that take guests throughout Arizona and New Mexico in the pursuit of epic high based monsoon thunderstorms.

From Winnipeg, Manitoba, Shannon Bileski is the owner of Signature Exposures and a storm chaser/photographer.  Over the past 20 years, Shannon has been looking for that great shot of lightning and started chasing 8 years ago.  In 2007, she also saw her first tornado, Canada's only F5.  Also catching beautiful Auroras, she has won gallery contests for her pictures including landscapes, wildlife and portraits.

Jim Cantore - Meteorologist, Weather Channel and Weather Hall-of-Fame

Jim Cantore is one of the most recognized faces in weather. Known for his live reports from severe weather events.  He has covered every major weather event during the past 25 years, including Hurricanes Katrina and Irene and Superstorm Sandy.   Jim graduated with a bachelor's degree in meteorology from Lyndon State College (Lyndonville, VT).  The Weather Channel hired Cantore out of college and he first appeared on air in July 1986 and he was inducted into the National Weather Hall-of-Fame in 2018.

Tim Marshall - Meteorologist, Civil Engineer and Storm Chasing Pioneer

Tim Marshall is currently a meteorologist and senior engineer at Haag Engineering Co since 1983.  He concentrates on damage analysis from tornadoes and other weather phenomenon.   Once an editor of Storm Track magazine, Tim is a storm chasing pioneer.  He received his Masters Degrees in Atmospheric Science and Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and is scheduled to be inducted into the 2020 National Weather Hall-of-Fame.

A former guest on Episodes 32 and 80, Oklahoma weather icon, Gary England was with KWTV News 9 for over 40 years.   A recipient of numerous awards and honors including three Emmys, Gary is Oklahoma's top rated television meteorologist. He is an internationally recognized authority in severe weather and holds the distinction of being the person who implemented with Enterprise Electronics, the world's first commercial Doppler radar. 

Rick Smith, WCM at NWS-Norman

Rick Smith has been the Warning Coordination Meteorologist with the National Weather Service at Norman since 2002.  Prior to that he served as a forecaster in Tulsa in 1997, and moved in 1999 to work in the Southern Region headquarters in Fort Worth.  He received a degree from the short-lived meteorology program at the University of Memphis.
