Our Guest: Jeff Piotrowski
Jeff has become a storm chasing legend, documenting and filming well over 900 tornadoes, Hurricanes, ice storms, wild fires and every extreme of mother nature. In 1994 Jeff received an Emmy award for "Day of Tornadoes" for his coverage of the Gainesville TX F2 tornado. He currently is with Baron Critical Weather Intelligence and leads, with his wife, the Twister Chasers team.

Stephanie Abrams
Currently a co-host on AMHQ in the mornings, Stephanie Abrams has covered every type of severe weather for The Weather Channel since 2003. In the field, she has covered hurricanes, tornadoes, heat waves, flooding, snow, and fires. Previously, Stephanie was a morning meteorologist in Tallahassee, FL. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in meteorology from Florida State University and also earned a bachelor's degree in geography from the University of Florida. Don’t forget, in 2014 she also had a cameo appearance in Sharknado 2: The Second One!

Meredith joined WeatherNation TV in 2017. She’s been live out in the field during destructive tropical storms on the Gulf Coast of Florida, raging wildfires in Southern California, and covered the wreckage from tornadoes in the Great Plains. Prior to joining WeatherNation, Meredith worked in Santa Barbara, Rapid City SD, Sarasota and began her career as an intern at WGN-TV in Chicago. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from Valparaiso University.

Marc Remillard
OUTBRK is a multiplayer storm chasing video game, designed to emulate all of the fun of storm chasing, with none of the boring bits. A successful Kickstarter campaign last year assured the game is coming to a PC near you soon.
Marc Remillard, from Montreal, is Head of Development for OUTBRK and has been storm chasing for 15 years. Being a sound designer, mixer and composer, he started learning about game engines, using his basic knowledge in programming as a starting point.

Cyrena-Marie Arnold wanted to be a meteorologist since she was 5 years old and saw her first tornado. She has chased tornadoes and hurricanes, built weather stations all over North America, even worked for NASA! She worked at the world-famous Mount Washington Observatory and has been on TV all over the world. She volunteers with kids of all ages, talking with them about STEM careers and overcoming adversity to achieve their dreams. Recent author of the children's book, "The Weather Story".

Dr. Greg Forbes
Dr. Greg Forbes received his master's and doctorate degrees at the University of Chicago, where he studied tornadoes and severe thunderstorms under Dr. Ted Fujita - famous for his invention of the F-scale used to rate tornadoes. He joined the faculty in the department of meteorology at Penn State in 1978, where he taught courses in weather analysis and forecasting until joining The Weather Channel in June 1999. Dr. Forbes developed The Weather Channel TOR:CON forecast and retired from there in 2018.

In 2003, Brad Panovich became the Chief Meteorologist at WCNC-TV in Charlotte, NC. Prior to that, Brad spent time on TV in Dayton, Traverse City, and New Orleans where he went back to cover Hurricane Katrina and Rita. Brad received his degree in Atmospheric Science from The Ohio State University.

Joe & Kelly Mays met at Penn State while earning their degrees in meteorology in 2007. Following their time at Penn State, Kelly continued her education in Atmospheric Chemistry at Purdue University and Joe worked for the Indiana State Climate Office. The married couple began a minute-by-minute podcast about the movie Twister in May 2020.
